RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For hygienic purposes TMALL doesn't allow the return of merchandise especially underwear. However, if shopper for some reason returns goods because they were damaged, incorrect, or any issue TMALL is responsible for, you may return it in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and we will refund eligible purchases.
- TMALL will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
- For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order.
- Items must be returned with all TMALL tags still attached if there's any and must be in their original packaging.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping any merchandise you wish to return to. However, if for some reason you return goods because they were damaged, incorrect, or any issue TMALL is responsible for, you may return the merchandise and TMALL will shoulder the cost of shipping but in accordance with the Terms & Conditions as stated and we will refund eligible purchases.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What you'll need: Your order number and email address
To process a return for exchange or refund, CLICK HERE to log into the TMALL Returns Service Portal using your email address and order number, and select the merchandise you are returning.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 21 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping any merchandise you wish to return to. However, if for some reason you return goods because they were damaged, incorrect, or any issue TMALL is responsible for, you may return the merchandise and TMALL will shoulder the cost of shipping but in accordance with the Terms & Conditions as stated and we will refund eligible purchases.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 working days.
